Re: Cart Service on the Course

Good afternoon.  I just wanted to send a note to let you guys know that I think your cart girl service on the course is second to none.  We played 36 holes there last Thursday (the 21st) and were very impressed.  We played at multiple courses all over the Hill Country for 8 days and your course was in the best shape and had the best service.  Kudoes to your cart girl (Jen) I believe was on her name tag.  She was friendly and very prompt.  She even went back to get us the beer we wanted because she did not have it on her cart and she even made sure she had it for us the rest of the day.  We never once wondered 'Where is that cart girl.'  I can honestly say that particular question was asked many times on the other courses we played during this time.  I look forward to coming down there again real soon.

I want to thank you again for the terrific attention that you both personally provided to our group last weekend as well as the outstanding service, food and facilities that you and your staff provide.  We have been holding our golf tournament for over 13 years at various resorts throughout the State of Texas and we have never enjoyed this level of excellence.  Every time we had a question or special request, you gave us wonderful solutions or even better options.  You’re all the most pleasant folks to deal with.  All of our participants gave us high praise and compliments about their experience. I wish all hospitality businesses were run with the same attitude about customer service.  And to top it all off, your golf course, condominium accommodations and food are spectacular!
