Brad Sexson, General Manager

Brad Sexson is a Wichita, Kansas native who started playing golf at the young age of 12. Focused and driven, he quickly ceased playing other sports to solely focus on golf.

Sexson had an illustrious high school career, being a three-year letter winner at Wichita Southeast High School and graduating in 1994. He then spent two years at Butler County Community College in El Dorado, KS where he was named First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region, and Second Team All-American.

From there Sexson went on to play collegiately at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. It was during his time as a collegian that Sexson went professional and played for three years on mini tours. His highlights as a player include winning the 1998 Orange, TX Pro-Am and 1999 U.S. Open local qualifier.

Sexson is also decorated veteran of the coaching world. He started his career as the Head Men’s Golf Coach at Newman University in Wichita, KS in 2001. In 2006 he was promoted to Director of Golf where he was responsible for both men’s and women’s golf teams. Two years later, in 2008, Sexson accepted a job as Head Men’s & Women’s Golf Coach at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS.

During Sexson's 19-year coaching career, he led 13 teams to Conference Championships, 13 teams to Regional Championships, and 16 teams to National Championship appearances - including 8 All-American student athletes. Sexson has been named Conference or Regional Coach of the Year an astonishing 13 times.

In 2017, Sexson started yet another chapter of his career when he accepted the job as Head Golf Professional at Quail Ridge Golf Course in Winfield, KS. Accomplishments while in this position include partnering with the First Tee Program of Greater Wichita to become a recognized program facility, installing the National School Program in two local elementary school’s physical education departments resulting in hundreds of kids being introduced to the game of golf, and fostering various relationships in and around the community.

He is a Class A PGA Member and recently served as the South-Central PGA Kansas Chapter President. He and his wife Marla have two children, Jordyn and Bryce. They are both currently students at Wichita State University. They have a German Shepherd dog named Hans, and three cats named Finly, Nora, and Cumin.

Brianna Ventura, Assistant General Manager

Meet Brianna Ventura, Assistant General Manager at The Bandit Golf Club, and tenured employee of Foresight Golf, having just completed her 10 year anniversary with the company.

Customer service with a smile defines Brianna to a “T”. Over the years she’s had many roles, from guest services to working in food & beverage, to being a member of our golf professional staff.

With a love for golf from a young age, Brianna has game! She is a former Division I collegiate golfer, and a graduate from the Professional Golf Management program at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Most recently she has been working as the senior member of the golf professional team at The Bandit, and now looks forward to stepping into her new role as Assistant General Manager.
